We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Legal Contracts Officer to work with our highly dynamic teams based at head office in Silverwater in Sydney.
The Role
Operating in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, your key goals will be to:
- Manage our Legal Contracts with customers using our Equipment on Loan (EOL) contract terms
- Drafting commercial and special terms into our contracts
- Work with our sales teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual agreements are completed and entered into our internal system.
- Monitoring maintenance and reporting of customers
- Conduct regular audits and analysis to ensure agreed ROI (return on investment) paybacks are achieved
- Ensure contractual obligations for both the customer and Vittoria are being monitored and met.
- To ensure that all measures are taken to protect and secure the companies asset ledger for EOL.
About You:
- A background in a legal administration role preferably within FMCG, food or beverage industry but not essential
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with strict deadlines, and see tasks to completion
