What will I be doing?
- Supervise the Food & Beverage operations to ensure high quality, efficient service, and a memorable experience for all our guests
- Demonstrate knowledge of all food & beverages served in the restaurant and bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas
- Comply with licensing regulations and hotel procedures and conduct team member training sessions
- Ordering products for bar, stock rotation and maintaining relationships with suppliers
What are we looking for?
- Previous bar, cocktail or F&B experience
- Experience in a similar leadership role is highly advantageous
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends
