Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a hospitality professional who is highly motivated and driven to join our team as a Bar Supervisor
- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service to all guests.
- Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to meet their requests and needs.
- Implement systems to safeguard and maintain control of bar service equipment, recording breakages accurately, and conducting regular stocktakes.
- Establish and uphold a weekly cleaning schedule for the restuarant area, ensuring the highest hygiene and cleaning standards.
- Complete all mis en place before guest arrival.
- Ensure team members possess competence in current menu, stay informed about current promotions, and maximize sales to guests.
- Accurately complete guest billing following hotel procedures, ensuring correct charges are posted.
- Maintain back-of-house and cellars to a high standard.
Successful candidate will ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role,
- Natural leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious
- Creativity for menu development and up-to-date knowledge of current food trends
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Motivation, energy and drive
- A passion to learn and grow within the business
