Midnight Hotel is currently seeking Part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor for Dinner service to join our team
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experience by ensuring smooth operations, demonstrating confidence, rich knowledge of food and wine, training and coaching the team to deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with the F&B Management team to address all customer concerns and create an exceptional dining experience.
Please note that the role will be based across a rotating roster, 3pm start on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
We are looking for:
- Dynamic, vibrant, and a confident professional.
- A minimum of 2 years (à La Carte) fine-dining experience with at least 1year of supervisory experience is essential.
- Previous Leadership or similar experience is essential.
- You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country
- Excellent personal presentation and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate a “Passion for Excellence "through serving our guests with flair and personalised service.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
- The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster across weekdays, weekends and public holidays with late finishing times.
- Availability to work Tuesdays - Saturdays and/ or Sundays.
- Excellent customer relations, and ability to engage with customers.
- Willingness to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines and varying guest situations.
- Demonstrate people management, leadership skills and training/coaching team members.
- Strong local knowledge of Canberra and the surrounding regions is highly desirable but not essential
