About Us

Our Restaurant Tasman offers a locally influenced à la carte menu for dinner service. We also have a busy buffet breakfast service that is popular with both inhouse guests and the locals.

We also have our Atrium Bar that offers a locally inspired all-day menu and features the best of Tassie’s boutique whiskies, gins, wines, beers and ciders. Oh and we can’t forget about our infamous Afternoon Tea by the Waterfront. The Atrium Bar really is the place to be!

To put it simply, we’re a great place to work. We’re a fun and friendly team and most of all, we love what we do. Oh, and work-life balance is super important to us so split shifts and crazy hours are not what we’re about.
