About the role:
Our Landscape team is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Front of House team. Our successful candidate will share our passion for premium Tasmanian dining. Supporting the Landscape Restaurant Manager, you will create and maintain a values and ethics-based team that will create memorable guest experiences that delight every sense.
Skills & Experience
- A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences,
- Exceptional Tasmanian Food and Beverage knowledge (WSET Level 2 desirable),
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high performing team,
- Availability to work evenings, and support the team across a varied roster including weekends,
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
