About the Opportunity:
The Inverloch Esplanade Hotel is embarking on a significant period of growth, with two key areas of the business currently being fully renovated - Sports Bar and Modern Dining Room.
To facilitate our re-launch, we are on the look-out for an industry leading Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the business and deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a premium dining environment
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the team experience
- Strong understanding of Food and Beverage offerings
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and exceeding targets
- Business acumen and strong understanding of spend per head
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
