 This is a Permanent or Fixed Term appointment at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Casual appointments may be considered.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile:  Assist the cook to provide a high-quality catering service to patients and staff at Derby Regional Hospital, whilst maintaining established food safety standards of the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) and the Department of Health (DoH).
