Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a food and Beverage Supervisor all rounder.
- Experience in supervising a team
- Understanding of ala carte restaurant service & bar operations
- Stock and consumables ordering and control
- Great customer service
- Professional presentation
- Ability to prepare consistently great coffee with latte art at speed.
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work in and lead a team
