About the opportunity:
Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for ensuring consistent and high quality standard of food and beverage set up / service to all customers and the smooth delivery of food, beverage, function and catering services.
More specifically you will:
- Ensure delivery of excellent food and beverage services to internal and external customers
- Assist in food preparation, serving meals and sales
- Process food and beverage orders and operate outlet POS systems
- Ensure financial transactions are processed accurately
- Provide advice on food and beverage according to customer expectations and enterprise standards
- Actively promote products and services
- Ensure positive feedback received from customers in relation to product quality and customer service
- Ensure compliance to food safety standards
- Implement food handling principles and prevention of contamination as per food safety standards
This is a Full-Time position based at: Brisbane Airport
About you:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual which obtains the following:
- Prior experience in a hospitality environment
- Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable)
- Barista Certificate (desirable)
- Food and cash handling skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to use POS equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
