- The Backyard - our Waterfront Restaurant, Bar and Garden area serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks;
- The Kiosk;

Shangri-La The Marina, Cairns is a luxury five-star hotel located beside Marlin Marina and Trinity Inlet in the heart of Cairns. With 255 guest rooms, 18 function venues and extensive food and beverage facilities, the hotel is part of a leading international company with more than 100 hotels and resorts worldwide.
The Role
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant
- Exemplary cocktail and wine knowledge (Essential)
- Restaurant A La Carte experience
- Professionalism and pride within their personal grooming
- Valid working rights in Australia
- A current RSA Certificate
- Flexibility to work Morning, Afternoon and Evening Shifts across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in processing payments and handling cash and card transactions
- High motivation and energy with the desire to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work standing for long periods of times.
