About This OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer focused Food and Beverage Attendants to help us in the busy season and deliver exceptional hospitality services within Customs House. We are specifically seeking professional wait staff and bar staff to join our wonderful team.
Staff are required to fulfil approx. 20 to 38 hours, being essential availability on weekends and evenings.
Student and Working Holiday Visas holders are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Provide high standard of service and exceptional dining experience to our guests.
3-plate carrying, 5-plate clearing; tray service.
Set up of event spaces, bar and pop-up bar for service, and pack down of equipment, furniture and catering services.
Stock control and storage maintenance.
Service of Food and Beverage, mixing drinks and cocktails, basic wine knowledge.
High level of communication, handover and teamwork.
This is a casual position at Food & Beverage Grade 2 Load rate $35.44 per hour plus 11% superannuation.
About YouTwo years of experience in a similar or a luxury hospitality service.
Current Responsible Service of alcohol (RSA) certificate.
A positive attitude and customer driven focus.
High standard of Customers Service.
A commitment to excellence of product and service.
Teamwork skills.
Experience in cocktail making, barista and wine knowledge.
