Our Restaurant, which caters for our in-house guests, and is also open to the public, celebrates the vast array of local produce in a fine dining setting. The spacious 14 guest suites are a luxurious and exotic adventure in classical Spanish regional aesthetic.
We have a position available for a Food & Beverage Attendant, who meets the following criteria:
- Full-time opportunity
- RSA required
- Hospitality experience required
- Experience in fine dining will be given priority
- Knowledge and interest in wine
- Roster will include weekend and night shifts
In this role you will be showcasing your exceptional customer and food service skills to ensure our guests have a memorable experience and look forward to to returning again and again.
Remuneration is above award and hourly pay plus penalty rates and commensurate with experience. This position is available to Australian Residents and current Visa holders.
