Working across our multi-outlet venue, you will be responsible for the day to day front of house operations of our restaurant, bar and events spaces. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering memorable guest experiences.
In this role you will:
- Manage the restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing floors
- Develop, implement and maintain quality standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef to innovate menus and products for sale within the F&B areas of service
- Leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Review and analyse daily operational needs maintaining beverage, labour, product and expenses on budget
- Staff roster management, stock control and purchasing
