• Experience in Food & Beverage service
• Must have a valid RSA
• Have or willing to get the following uniform: black tailored pants, black long sleeved business shift, black leather-like shoes (no sneakers no runners) 
• High calibre of customer service
• Experience in a function/banquet setting highly regarded
