About the role

• Patient Food Service Officers are responsible to provide inpatient meals and mid meals in a safe and efficient manner. Following set procures and rules to provide the correct meal to the correct patient.

About you

• Demonstrated knowledge of the operations of a large Food Service, particularly in health care and the ability to perform operational functions within a Food Service, stock control, stock ordering, meal plating, portion control, meal delivery and wash up.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work to time frames, follow food safety guidelines and to work with supervisor's instruction.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, participation in food safe activities, programs and ability to implement change.
