The Role:
This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for you to make a positive change in our organisation. The duties of the role include: installing and updating software, servicing and maintaining hardware and IT equipment, running networks and troubleshooting technical problems related to the IT systems and equipment.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Managing Coastlink digital Assets
- Procurement and deployment of IT assets
- Asset record maintenance
- Application management
- Troubleshooting technical and operational issues
- Responding to employee queries and requests (provision of tech support)
- Ensuring the security of company data
- Prepare appropriate performance reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining inventory and hardware devices
- Providing computer training to Coastlink employees (Flow Logic)
- Answer incoming calls in agreed timeframes ensuring queries are resolved as required or escalated to the relevant person.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of IT support experience and minimum 2 years’ experience in a NDIS and/or Aged Care administration role
- Understanding of current technologies
- Demonstrated skills in effective communication and well developed interpersonal skills
- An ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- An ability to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Well-developed organisational and computer skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn relevant computer software packages
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Excellent customer service focus
- A passion for technology and innovation
- Business Process Analysis, workflow mapping and design
- A passion to embrace and apply Coastlink's values and ethics to foster a culture of positive support, client empowerment, honesty, accountability, inclusion, respect and empathy.
- To be a courteous representative of Coastlink in all undertakings with service users, their carers and in the community portray a positive public image at all times.
- A NDIS Worker Screen Check, Working with Children Check, current NSW Driver’s license and an RMS driving record
