ABOUT THE ROLE
The Melbourne Eastern Private Hospital in Boronia requires experienced people with hospital based catering experience to join our team. Qualifications in Food Handling essential. Shifts available are guaranteed weekend pm and with the possibility of some weekday shifts. The right candidate will be adaptable, multi-skilled, reliable staff member who is dedicated to excellence and delivering work of a high quality, consistently.
The ability to work within a team, communicate effectively and perform their duties to the highest standards is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food Preparation
- Meal distribution as per duties list
- Dishwashing and setting of trays
- Cleaning duties as per kitchen cleaning list
- Waste Management
- Quality Control and auditing
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- experience within a hospital environment
- Basic Food Handling Certificate Essential
