About the roleEstia Health Wattle Glen is looking for experienced Food Services Assistants to join our team on a Casual basis, working a range of morning and afternoon/evening shifts.
You’ll wake up each morning wanting to see people enjoy food as much as you do. Here’s what a typical day involves:
- Prepping and serving food and drink.
- Cleaning – you bring a sparkle to the place in more ways than one.
- Changing up the menu. You’ll work with our team and residents to create exciting meals that cater to every individual.
- Keeping records as part of our Food Safety Program.
- Being active and on your feet for most of your shift.
You’ll be a real team player who has:
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Experience in kitchen work (aged care is a bonus)
- Great time management and planning skills
- Completed the Basic Food Handling Course
