Working across a rotating seven-day roster, you will be responsible for order taking, meal assembly, meal preparation and distribution of patient meals, recording intake, dishwashing and other associated cleaning duties. You'll need to work well in a collaborative environment and show initiative as you serve NSW Health hospital patients to ensure an optimal service.

This is a NSW Health Category A position, which requires immunisation against the following:
- Whooping Cough
- Hepatitis B
- Measles / Mumps / Rubella
- Chicken Pox
- Screening for Tuberculosis
- COVID-19 (3 doses)
- Influenza (annual vaccination)

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available. The Staff Health Team will access your AIR record if needed, please advise if you prefer the team not to view your vaccination record.
