SalaryRSL LifeCare is looking for Catering assistant workers for our 80-bed aged care home - Thomas Eccles Gardens - Yass , NSW. This opportunity is perfect for Food Services Assistants/Catering Assistants who have a background in Aged Care/Disability Support/Commercial kitchen and are looking to enter the industry. As a Catering Assistant , you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of food service to our residential aged care home . You will work alongside the care and support team to ensure that residents receive the highest quality dining experience each time they receive meals. Ideally, you will have:
Experience as a Kitchen hand in an aged care setting or similar setting
Experience in following a comprehensive schedule and procedures
An understanding of how to maintain a OH&S safe & clean environment for resident, staff and visitors
Australian work rights
Willing to undergo National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Check
