Opportunity available for a reliable and motivated Food Services Attendant (Kitchen and Cleaning) to join our South of the River, Residential Aged Care site located in Mandurah. At Brightwater this position is in our Hotel Services Team.
Available shifts from Monday to Friday and some weekends. Morning shifts 7.30am to 1.30pm. Afternoon shifts from 3.00pm to 7.00pm.

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:
A caring and positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a related setting
Flexibility to work when required
A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
Evidence of up to date flu vaccination
A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a clean, sanitary and homely environment
Providing a quality meal experience for our clients
Ordering and maintaining cleaning and kitchen stock
Providing an efficient laundry service
Kitchen and Cleaning Assistants uphold foodsafe and other health codes and regulations by providing a high quality service.

Selection Criteria
Essential: Do you have a National Police Certificate that is less than 12 months old OR are you willing to obtain one?Essential: Do you have an up to date vaccination against influenza or are you willing to obtain? Desirable: Do you have a current NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance or are you willing to obtain this as part of the application process?Desirable: Do you have a Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individualised Support (or progress towards), or significant experience in a related setting and a willingness to undertake training?
