Job Title: Part-Time Forecasting & Procurement Assistant (Flexible Hours)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with experience in international procurement to join our team as a Part-Time Forecasting & Procurement Assistant. This role will work closely with and support our existing Operations Coordinator, providing crucial assistance in demand planning, procurement, and inventory management, while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning & Forecasting: Analyse sales data, develop forecasts, and collaborate with the team to optimise inventory levels.
- International Procurement: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for imported goods, including supplier liaison, and order placement.
- Purchase Order Documentation: Ensure accuracy of supplier and freight forwarder documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct counts, and reconcile variances using Unleashed and Netstock.
- Quality Incident Management: Identify and manage quality incidents promptly, gathering and recording relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Prior experience in international procurement, ideally within a similar industry.
- Essential: Demonstrated experience with demand planning or forecasting software (Netstock platform would be viewed highly).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organisational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
