We are seeking a full-time Procurement Assistantwith the ability to work efficiently while handling daily business operations, engaging with suppliers, and assisting our dynamic sales team. We are looking for a dedicated candidate who can easily integrate into our friendly team and desires a lasting role within the company.
What We Offer:

- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Main Job Tasks:
- Issuing Purchase orders, manage supplier delivery and scheduling & regular stock checks
- Maintain optimal stock levels, weekly reports on short-dated inventory and reporting directly to the Procurement Manager
- Address sales team product inquiries & Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) for all orders and shipments
- Ensuring food safety compliance
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Strong communication & time management skills ,
- Highly organized + Flexible + Attention to Details + Work Independently
- Experience in inventory and supplier handling
- Experience with WMS is a plus (Dynamics Navision or Microsoft BC, or other Purchasing software)
- Ability to be All rounder
- Experience within the foodservice industry
