This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Foreman to join a rapidly growing organisation who services segments across civil & construction works. The growth of the business is exponential with lots of exciting projects coming up. You will be managing a team onsite and be responsible for ensuring that the processing of construction is managed according to strict operating standards.
About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Repsonsible for the coordination of tasks and projects
- Oversseing the supervision on-site
- Providing schedules for workers
- Adhereing to the higest of safety standards
- Organising equipment
- Good decision making in response to high pressure situations and more!
Skills & experience
- 5 + years in a leadership foreman role
- Must be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen
- Full drivers license
- Ability to work with leadership & senior management as well as liaise with external contractors & suppliers
- You must have experience with large scale civil projects - Roads, draining, concretingm laying pipes and more.
