Full Job Description
A leading civil construction company specializing in Industrial Subdivisions, seeking a highly motivated and talented Civil Foreman to join their team. You will have the opportunity to oversee projects having autonomous responsibility running the site from open to close Monday to Friday + Half days on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the construction of civil and infrastructure earthworks/roads projects
• Coordinate site inspections and project meetings
• Review project documentation and reports
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Provide technical support to the project team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a civil site supervisory role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in civil and infrastructure projects is an advantage
