Foreman - Painter & Decorator

Pretty in Paint Australia is currently looking to appoint a Foreman to be in charge of the NEW Melbourne department. 

To be considered, you need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes and strengths:

• Excellent communication skills. Must be able to speak with all different trades people, sales people and staff. Must Liasise with Director of the company daily.
• Must be super motivated to look for upcoming projects.
• Well experienced in all aspects of the painting trade. 
• You must be comfortable in a team or working alone.

This is a full-time role offering a 38 hours working week Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may be required. 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Looking after a team of painters, training where necessary.
• Managing workflow, maintaining jobs and organising upcoming projects to be started.
• Painting (when needed) with a high standard.
• Working with a deep understanding of OHS practices and requirements.
• Must have commercial and residential fitout experience.

Minimum of 10+ years experience in a similar role is a necessity.

Must have own motor vehicle and drivers license.

This position would suit someone who has run a business before but does not want the stress any longer, and would prefer a secure weekly income.
