Painter And Decorator

Juscot Construction & Management is currently searching for a highly experienced and qualified Painter and Decorator to work in and around Melbourne but not limited to this area.
We are a well-established construction business with 10 years' experience in the sector.
The suitable Painter and Decorator's primary role is to be able to perform all duties that are related to painting and decorating at the finest quality and at a high professional level.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a permanent full- time position based on 38 hours a week
Extra duties will be paid at the appropriate rate
Must hold a valid drivers licence and own vehicle
Must have a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification.
Must have a White Card
Competitive salary package ranging between AUD 70.000 to AUD 80.000 + Superannuation, subject to work experience and appropriate qualification(s).
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The right candidate will be the team leader of a small group and will need to show management skills as well as professional ones. Will need to report any issues to the company director.

PREREQUISITES & ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this opportunity, you must show the following skills and experience:
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
At least three (3) years of previous experience in painting and decorating in the variety ofsurfaces is essential
White Card is essential
Own a car or van, and carry a full Victorian driver's licence
Ability to work independently, supervise and lead a dedicated team
Excellent communication skills
Respectful, trustworthy and capable of meeting work deadlines
