Foreman/ Site Manager

About the Company 
My client is a leading fit out and refurbishment head contractor which is forging a great reputation for delivering high caliber solutions for its clients in a collaborative contracting environment. 

This builder has secured two newly awarded projects on the CBD fringe in Brisbane and we are seeking two suitably qualified Site Foreman/ Site Managers to complete them, this builder is based interstate but has indicated it is committed to opening an office in Brisbane in 2024 and has already secured an office to move into. 

The initial engagement for both project is 10-12 weeks, but there will be further contract or permanent work in the future.  
 
Skills and Experience

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction
• Must have minimum 2 years delivering commercial fit out projects $2M + in value. 
• Must be IT literate, previous Procure knowledge an advantage, but not essential
• Must have First Aid certification
