Your New Role
This company is looking for a Foreman/Site Manager to deliver a 5-storey apartment in a Brisbane riverside suburb. The project comprises of 35 units, with a double storey basement. Sale value of this project would be more than $40m. It's a fresh site, so you will be on the ground from day one taking charge. 
 
What You'll Need to Suceed

• Proven track record delivering apartment projects in SEQ.
• Open builders license
• Trade background would be ideal.
