YOUR NEXT ROLE:
As a Forensic Engineer some of your responsibilities will involve;
- You will provide technical advice
- Conduct inspections and write causation reports for structural failures on building structures
- You will report on defects and damages to buildings and associated structures
- You will deal with consultants, insurers, public, internal colleagues and more
- You will provide consultation in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and Building Codes
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT
You will be a tertiary qualified Engineer either with a background in Structural or Civil Engineering with at least 3 yrs experience in Structural Engineering. You will have experience in Forensic Engineering within Australia where you have conducted inspections and written reports with assessments and recommendations as well. You will have thorough knowledge of Building Codes of Australia and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Finally, it is essential you have work rights in Australia as sponsorship won't be provided.
