Form of workWe are seeking a full time Forklift Driver / Yard person to work at our truss manufacturing plant based in Doveton. The primary objective of this position is to pick and pull timber orders from racks, restock racks with timber, rotate stock, load and unload trucks and someone who is OHS minded.
Other duties will include the storage and packing of timber using a fork lift, ensuring the workplace is kept in a safe, clean condition. Ensuring trip hazards are eliminated from the workplace and assisting with preparation of materials for deliveries.
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- Current forklift Licence
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Reasonably fit, motivated & friendly
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Customer orientated, team player with a "can do" attitude
- A Safety First mindset
