About the Role and Requirements:
You will ultimately be responsible for the end-to-end process of ice production, care, packaging and deliveries and have the opportunity to have creative involvement in all ice projects. At times you will be working in a cold and wet environment. You will be required to have a manual drivers licence for this role and a clean driving record.
You are well-organised, careful and methodical in your approach.  You will be committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, with great attention to detail and it would be beneficial if you have an understanding of the cocktail-making process, and the key role ice plays within that.
You are ‘hands-on’, and have a solid understanding of the use of hand tools, power tools, and other machinery. A background in a trade would be highly desirable. The hours are approximately Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with a rotating Saturday.
