This role presents a unique opportunity to work for a top-performing school in a position that provides purpose, meaning and impact.The primary objective of the Foundation Administrator (Events Support) is to run the day-to-day administrative needs of the Foundation Office and provide support to the Foundation Director and Alumni Engagement Program in implementing the strategic plan and day-to-day administrative tasks.The successful candidate will work 3 days per week (0.5308 FTE), Term Time only from May 2024 until December 2024 with the possibility of extension.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including alumni, donors, parents, grandparents and key staff.
  • Be the point of contact for donors including issuing statements, invoices and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain CRM / Donor & Alumni Database.
  • Provide reports including monthly donations, reconciliations and donor activity.
  • Analyse data including trends, donation activity and community relationships.
  • Management of supplier and donor invoices and receipts.
  • Event Management
  • Proof reading donor communications including EDM's, Annual report and invitations.
  • General administration support for Foundation Office.
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in relationship-management databases preferred.
  • Experience with CRM database, online email marketing platforms & donation platforms.
  • Ability to work across multiple digital platforms.
  • Understanding of basic financial processes.
  • Excellent time management, administration and organisational skills.
  • Well-developed skills in MS Office, Outlook & Excel.
