Your new role
You will be interviewed for the role of FP&A Manager. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle process across Australia and New Zealand entities.
- Manage the ANZ budgeting and forecasting calendar rolling into the APAC Region and Corporate calendar.
- Coordinate the forecasting and budgeting process with ANZ Senior Management Team
- Liaising with stakeholders for long term strategic plans
- Analysis - profitability, revenue, margin, time and staff utilisation.
- Perform the month-end reporting process.
- Production of monthly management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow and KPI reporting with insightful and value-adding analysis
- Variance analysis with commentary
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing team for monthly sales target achievements.
- Accurate accounting of accruals and prepayments and Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Performance reporting - analysis and monthly management reporting for the ANZ business
- Calculation and dissemination of quarterly incentives based on actual and target.
- Assist with the capital program budgeting and forecasting and the PEA submission.
- Develop and enhance BI Reporting to support commercial business analysis needs.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of annual statutory accounts to US GAAP and Australian Accounting Standards
- Support business on ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Corporate internal control requirements
- Assist in development and maintenance of policies and procedures for all finance functions to ensure the security of funds and assets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience as an FP&A Manager, preferably with experience in a product-based environment. You will have exposure to US GAAP and SOX compliance. Exposure to a large ERP systems such as SAP would be highly beneficial, as well as BI reporting tools. You will be a confident communicator with strong business partnering skills.
