    About the Role
    You will contribute to the routine reporting and delivery of Immunopathology results within the Department of Clinical Biochemistry. In conjunction with the designated Immunopathologist and Principal Scientist, you will be responsible for the supervision, clinical governance, maintenance of NATA accreditation, operation, quality and safety of the Immunopathology service.

    Our Immunopathology services include:

  • An extensive range of autoimmune serology testing
  • Complement/Protein Studies
  • Laboratory Allergy Testing
    Classifications for this position will range from HN16 - HN56 ($156.29 - $203.37 per hour).

    Your Contribution

  • Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists Australasia, Immunopathology
  • Full medical registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated contemporary clinical knowledge and technical expertise in Immunopathology
  • Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

    About Clinical Biochemistry
    The Department of Clinical Biochemistry is an integral part of St Vincent's Pathology and offers more than 400 tests across general chemistry, protein chemistry, special lipids, chromatography, autoimmune serology and allergy testing. The Department provides high quality testing and expert advice to St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and external clients.
