Frame & Truss Detailer - Onsite / Remote / Contract

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Detailer of Timber Frames & Trusses at our manufacturing plant in Blayney NSW using MiTek 20/20 Software.

Will consider all options Working On Site / Remote employment / Contract employment.

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

Frame & Truss detailing using MiTek 20/20 software with Two or more years’ experience as a detailer and thorough knowledge of residential structural design

Ability to design timber components using various engineered software programs i.e. Timber Solutions & Auto Beam for example.

High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the an ability to work to deadlines and budgets.

What we require from you:

• The ability to Liaise with our estimating team, customers & site supervisors to discuss job specifics as required.
• High level of experience and ability to detail a wide range of work such designer builders, Two story dwellings and extensions.
• Accurate and timely detailing of truss and frame drawings prepped for manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work autonomously.

This Position is Full time and / or Casual depending on the right candidate’s preference and availability. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• MiTek 20/20 software
• knowledge of residential construction and building processes & products (desirable)
