Senior Engagement Manager. The position works closely with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, across Monash to deliver industry engagement outcomes in accordance with agreed timeframes, within budget and to achieve strategic business outcomesThis position will be responsible for leading and managing industry engagement activities from conception to final delivery and will be accountable for the implementation of engagement and partnership related deliverables. A key part of the role will be mobilising Monash University capabilities and platforms to meet client needs, which will require sophisticated stakeholder management and relationship skills.The
Senior Engagement Manager will also identify, source and assign resources, which may include managing a procurement tender process and managing contracts, as well as undertaking research, devising solutions and providing high level, practical and impartial advice to senior management on complex, multi-faceted project issues.The successful candidate will have exceptional engagement and project management skills with a proven record of successfully managing all aspects of large, complex and organisational-wide projects through to completion, including implementation and change management.
