KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Support and implement strategies that align with the company's growth targets, ensuring the expansion of the franchise network complements the overall direction of the company;
- Manage the resale process across the network, engaging the relevant stakeholders at all stages, prepare approval packs and complete legal instructions in accordance with legal process and requirements
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new franchise partner opportunities and understand market dynamics and competitor strategies
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, aimed at enhancing the franchise model's appeal and attracting potential investors;
- Maintain and leverage the Company’s Franchising CRM platform to a high standard
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all departments, working closely with leasing, design, construction, finance and legal
- Work closely with the Franchising and Property Coordinator to ensure administrative tasks and deadlines are completed to a high standard
- Actively and daily follow up new Franchise Partner leads and enquiries, ensuring reporting metrics and progress is updated and maintained weekly
