About the Role 

As a Franchising Coordinator - Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, forging partnerships, and empowering entrepreneurs to realize their dreams. Your role isn't just about sales; it's about fostering growth, creating opportunities, and building a network that transforms communities.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the franchise recruitment process, working closely with potential franchisees, and contributing to the overall success of our franchise program.

• Identify and pursue potential franchise partners for the Zambrero network through various channels, including but not limited to online platforms, industry events, and networking. 
• Utilise effective strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. 
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the discovery process and addressing any enquiries in a prompt manner. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new franchisees. 
• Conduct initial assessments of potential franchisees to ensure alignment with our brand values and business model. 
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities to move prospects through the recruitment process. 
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all franchise recruitment activities. 
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize the process. 
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote franchise opportunities. 
   

What you'll bring

• Experience in Inbound sales - proven track record meeting KPI's is highly regarded. 
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of individuals. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• You think outside the box and aren’t afraid to ask questions or contribute new ideas. 
• You can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
• Great attention to detail – relentless on dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. 
• You can be trusted with confidential and sensitive information. 
• Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry is a plus
