In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

 

  • Focus on the development/testing and deployment of complex rules and models to detect/mitigate fraud and scam events across Cards and Digital Banking
  • Provide input and deliver on the agreed strategies for detection and prevention using the ANZ's Fraud Detection tools
  • Provide data analysis and insights on fraud and scams to present to business leaders and stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive and value added reporting to business leaders and stakeholders
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with the CP teams and stakeholders across ANZ and leverage these relationships to deliver superior outcomes for ANZ
  • Contribute to overall CP, CSO and Personal Banking goals and objectives
  • Develop and promote a culture of customer centricity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, with a goal to enhance business performance across CP 

 

Role Location: Te Whanganui-a-Tara - Wellington

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time (2 openings)

 

 

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Specialist fraud/scam knowledge or previous data modelling experience
  • Advanced level SQL, VBA and MS tools
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
  • Minimum of 8 years of specialist fraud management experience from a technical or business perspective
  • Banking product and industry knowledge
  • Experience with Statistical Modelling
