In this role, you would have the opportunity to:
- Focus on the development/testing and deployment of complex rules and models to detect/mitigate fraud and scam events across Cards and Digital Banking
- Provide input and deliver on the agreed strategies for detection and prevention using the ANZ's Fraud Detection tools
- Provide data analysis and insights on fraud and scams to present to business leaders and stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive and value added reporting to business leaders and stakeholders
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with the CP teams and stakeholders across ANZ and leverage these relationships to deliver superior outcomes for ANZ
- Contribute to overall CP, CSO and Personal Banking goals and objectives
- Develop and promote a culture of customer centricity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, with a goal to enhance business performance across CP

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Specialist fraud/scam knowledge or previous data modelling experience
- Advanced level SQL, VBA and MS tools
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
- Minimum of 8 years of specialist fraud management experience from a technical or business perspective
- Banking product and industry knowledge
- Experience with Statistical Modelling
