FBI are partnering with an iconic Australian Brand who are looking for a freelance Creative Project Manager who will report directly to the Head of Project Management for an initial 2 month contract.
You will be part of a small and highly cohesive team, contributing on a broad and varied basis to the success of the business and a highly enjoyable team atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Be a highly tactical operator, detail oriented with a passion for project management, creative development and client liaison.
- Work with Operations Lead, Marketing & Creative Leads to prioritise projects and determine appropriate resourcing solutions
- Communicate regular project updates, managing expectations for smooth workstream operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Manage Brand Marketing campaigns from brief through production and creative delivery
- Ensure quality control by overseeing and approving project deliverables.
- Be proactive in finding opportunities to improve and build on processes and systems to help mobilise a fast-growing, global team
- Assist with regular cross functional communications and relationship building with key cross functional partners
- Maximise profitability on all project work.
- Partners with the appropriate external partner or agency to ensure the highest level of creative quality / production and delivery
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous experience in project management with an agency or in-house creative studio.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Financially astute and comfortable in commercial conversations.
- Ability to lead multiple discipline teams and collaborate across departments.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
