AddressYour tasks would include answering phones and emails for delivery information, accepting pick up bookings. Some manifesting of freight to be sent to Melbourne. Scanning of freight in depot and arranging deliveries.
Liaising with driver to help with delivery information and/or adding deliveries into our delivery system.
Hours would vary each day from Monday to Friday with a minimum of 4 hours per day.
Extra hours would be required to cover holidays and absentees in office.
The hours and days are not school holiday or school hours friendly.
We require punctual reliable hours to be worked. You need to be able to work automatously once you have been trained.
Some lifting is often required.
If you have knowledge of the freight delivering industry and knowledge of the geographics of our delivery area which is western Victoria is an advantage.
