Korimco is a market leading importer and distributor of soft toys and infant activity/baby development products into the retail and wholesale sectors throughout Australia.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and hard working Customer Service and office administrator.  You will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and an ability to juggle a busy and varied workload.

The role is full time based at our Dandenong South office, working within a friendly and supportive team.

The main duties of the role include:

• Customer and Sales Rep support
• Monitoring stock arrivals and releasing customer orders accordingly.
• Maintenance of product on the website and in the accounting system.  
• Maintenance of internal spreadsheets.
• Review & processing of credit requests.
• Backup support for other admin staff. 
• General office administration duties and support along with other ad hoc projects as required. 

Experience of working in an import/distribution business or directly with stock control would be beneficial however not essential. The successful candidate will need to show stability, a solid work ethic and confidence with technical matters including spreadsheets and accounting systems.  In addition confidence will need to be demonstrated in dealing with both customer and consumer queries directly. 

You will need strong MS Office skills and a general understanding of accounting software packages.
