About the Freight Solutions Supervisor Role:

The role of the Freight Solutions Supervisor plays a key role in making sure that damaged, unidentified, or undelivered freight is scanned, recorded and processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. This should ensure an effective service to customers and other staff within TGE’s network.

What you’ll do (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to):

• Supervising the Freight Solutions clerks and provide feedback/training
• Daily reporting on, and processing freight handed to the solutions team
• Monitoring, and providing feedback to Ops on driver complications
• Managing Priority Aged and discrepancy freight
• Assisting with the booking in & bulk departments relating to any issues/discrepancies

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role (as described above) 
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc.) 
• You're enthusiastic, motivated, show initiative and can multi-task 
• Problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement 

Please note hours – M-F, 7am – 3pm. A level of flexibility may be required at times.
