As a front-Desk Administrator you will be the face of the organisation when clients visit and provide support to all IWAA teams including aged care, NDIS service delivery and settlement services. Your role includes duties such as reception, general administration duties, inventory control and support with hall hire enquiries/bookings and meeting bookings (internal/external). KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Experience
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office word processing spreadsheet and database.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Specific knowledge of modern awards applicable within the business, national employment standards and employee entitlements
Skills & competencies
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Communication skills -Excellent interpersonal skills including effective personal and telephone communication techniques as well as the ability to initiate written correspondence as required.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
Desirable Selection Criteria
- Ability to communicate in a second language.
- Background in administration.
- Experience and willingness to work in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment.
- Open Driver’s licence.
