Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our General Manager in enhancing critical functions, including Corporate Governance, Finance (MYOB), HR, Dispatch, IT, Marketing, and Production (Operations).
• Provide essential Administration Support, handling telephone inquiries, customer interactions, document management, inventory control, invoice processing, and basic reconciliations.
• Manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions in MYOB and our ERP software – the primary responsibility for the successful applicant.

• Work alongside experienced manufacturers and our senior leadership team.
• Gain insights into IT administration, HR processes, and Production operations.
• Potential involvement in various teams, such as IT, Human Resources, Production, and Estimating.
