Job description

Join our dynamic team and help manage holiday homes (a.k.a Airbnbs) with ease. We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual to handle guest communications, coordinate housekeeping, process payments, and perform light office duties. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the housekeeping team with guest requests
  • Respond to guest messages across various platforms
  • Answer office phone calls
  • Payments handling
  • Perform other light office duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent English skills in both speaking and writing; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in customer service or reception work
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Independent problem solving skills

Work Hours:

  • Part-time position: 9am - 4pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Additional Information:

  • Superannuation is paid on top of the hourly rates
  • Option to join as PAYG or a contractor with an ABN
