Join our dynamic team and help manage holiday homes (a.k.a Airbnbs) with ease. We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual to handle guest communications, coordinate housekeeping, process payments, and perform light office duties. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the housekeeping team with guest requests
- Respond to guest messages across various platforms
- Answer office phone calls
- Payments handling
- Perform other light office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills in both speaking and writing; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in customer service or reception work
- Reliability and honesty
- Strong team player
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Independent problem solving skills
Work Hours:
- Part-time position: 9am - 4pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Additional Information:
- Superannuation is paid on top of the hourly rates
- Option to join as PAYG or a contractor with an ABN
