About the Role…We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors. You will work closely with our Practice Manager to support our management team and streamline our operations.

This is a full-time position located at our Fortitude Valley office, conveniently close to public transport.
The role is varies day to day, but here are some key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Manage office and resources, including meeting rooms and parking
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation & formatting
- Coordinate and plan office events and meetings
- Maintain a clean, organised and inviting office environment
- Assist with onboarding new employees and other HR-related tasks
- Assist with marketing tasks as required
- Assist with managing help requests from the wider team
- Keep office supplies well-stocked.
- Conduct ad hoc research and quotes as required
- Run general office errands when needed (driver license is advantageous but not essential).
- Assist the Practice Manager in administrative tasks, projects and office management
- Actively communicating with all staff members
- Updating your manager regularly on your capacity and workflow

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual with the following:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Tech-savvy or resourceful enough to find solutions to any problem
- A “Make it Happen” attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dedication to teamwork, a willingness to work hard, learn and develop new skills
