Front Desk Receptionist – Full Time
Approx. 35-38 hours per week
A fantastic opportunity exists for the right candidate to join our fast paced and dynamic multi specialist practice based in the South-eastern Suburbs. This is a permanent full-time position 4 or 5 days a week.
We are looking for a front of house receptionist who takes pride in their work with attention to detail, has a “can do” attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work within a small team environment.
Previous medical reception experience within a general practitioner or specialist rooms is advantages, however not necessary.

Responsibilities include
- Collaboration with multiple specialists
- Welcoming patient’s & visitors, answering the telephone & answering any enquiries.
- General medical administration
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms & documentation, as well as ensuring that all information acquired is accurate and current.
- Schedule future appointments & tests required.
- Process accounts and payments for clinic sessions
- Faxing, scanning, filling, and mailing
- Ability to comfort patients with a kind nurturing attitude.
